Web Industry Professionals Association brings together Australian web professionals with the focus of providing a platform to exchange ideas, participate in debate, advance education and promote ethical practice. As we mentioned above, our Director Adam Stead is the the Vice President of WIPA!

Australian Web Iindustry Association

Australian Web Industry Association represents businesses, individuals and students involved in the web industry and aims to:

  • Further the advancement of the web industry within Australia;
  • Educate the general public about the role of professionals in the web industry; and
  • Foster greater ties with like-minded organisations.

BNI Gold Coast

Hive Wed Studio is an active member of the Beachside chapter of Gold Coast BNI. Meeting for breakfast every Thursday morning, BNI is an excellent way for Hive Web Studio to be actively involved in the Gold Coast business community. 

Chevron island traders association

Hive Web Studio is an active comitee member of the Chevron Island Traders Association (CITA). Hive Web Studio have also been appointed to implement and manage the CITA website.

SilverStripe Meetup QLD

Hive Web Studio is the organiser of the Queensland SilverStripe Meetup group. As a Certified SilverStripe Partner, Hive organise and conduct regular Meetups to create awareness of the product and network with other QLD SilverStripe and open source developers.
